The Summit Place of Daniel Island is excited to welcome Richard Lyon as our new Executive Director! Richard comes to Daniel Island and Bell Senior Living with many years of experience in working with seniors.

DeAnna is the Business Office Manager and as such takes great pride in taking care of her family.  She was born in Mount Pleasant and has called Charleston home for 27 years.  DeAnna and her fiancé, Jason, love spending time with their best friends Chilly Dog and Wesley Cat who they rescued from the shelter.  She also enjoys reading, visiting local plantations, decorating, plants and gardening

Paige is the Director of Sales for Summit Place of Daniel Island. She started with Bell Senior Living almost two years ago at another Bell property, The Palms of Mt. Pleasant. She is originally from Connecticut but now lives in Mt. Pleasant with her husband, two children and her dog Axle. Between both communities, she has worked in all levels of care in sales and marketing. She enjoys working with seniors and assisting them in their search for senior living!

Sheila is the Director of Activities for Summit Place of Daniel Island. She is a native South Carolinian having grown up in the historic seaport community of Georgetown. She earned her B.S. at Clemson in Administrative Management and began earning her Masters in the fine art of teaching at Salem College. Sheila began her career in senior living in 2005 with this community. She lives in Mt Pleasant with her husband of 25 years and four wonderful children. Her hobbies include gardening, reading, crafts and spending time at the beach! She brings enthusiasm, energy and creativity to our residents each and every day. Sheila believes her job "is not a career, but a calling."

Rob has worked in the Food and Beverage industry since he was 18 years old. He started his career in senior living painting rooms at a long-term care community and never left! He lives in Johns Island with his wife, Tammie. Rob enjoys playing golf and traveling in his free time. He holds a special place in his heart for the elderly and his goal is to make each resident at Summit Place of Daniel Island smile every day!

Dan is the Director of Maintenance here at Summit Place of Daniel Island.  He was born in Ladysmith, Wisconsin and is the oldest of four siblings.  He served in the US Navy as a deep sea diver and then worked at the Charleston Naval Shipyard as a rigger, underwater diver and teacher of underwater welding for 19 years.  Dan is married to Janice Gordon and has two daughters and three grandchildren.  He has been very active in his church for the past thirteen years.
